Lines of force cut through layers of red and white, evoking a sense of speed, collision, and raw energy. The distressed surfaces hint at urban rhythms--paths traveled, altered, and erased over time.

Shot concurrently with Seeing Red #10 and #12, this piece includes foot and automobile tire tracks... as well as sweeping curves of red from bicycle tracks ridden through wet red paint during the creation of bus lanes in New York City. This pair of images includes more obvious white street lines, but too an unusual jagged edge created from a macadam patch to the road. There is a poetry to the lines in this piece.

Again texture is a major theme as well as our starring color of red.

Just the Print:  Archival pigment print (giclée) on a heavy weight fine-art matte paper.  Paper used is the industry standard, Hahnemühle Photo Rag.

Acrylic: Print is face-mounted flush to 1/8" thick digital grade acrylic and rear-mounted to dibond, having a float aluminum cleat subframe. Ready to hang.

Multi-Panel Acrylic: Two prints face-mounted flush to 1/4" thick digital grade acrylic with a diamond polished edge and rear-mounted to dibond, having a float aluminum cleat subframe. Ready to hang. Mostly for commercial use.

Framing is available upon request.
