Returns

I want you to love the artwork you bring into your home. If a piece isn't right for your space, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To start a return, email me at susan@susanbowenart.com with your order number. Please don't send anything back before writing — unannounced returns can't be accepted.

Unframed prints: returnable in original condition and packaging for a full refund. I'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Framed and acrylic pieces are made to order. They're returnable within 30 days in original condition and packaging, but return shipping is at your cost — so please keep the original box or crate. (If the piece arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, that's on me: I'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.)

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email me right away with photos and I'll make it right.

Non-returnable items: Gift Cards.

Exchanges: The fastest route is to return the piece you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds: Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll confirm your refund and issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email me at susan@susanbowenart.com.
