Shipping policy

I currently ship only to North America, Europe, and Australia. If you're a collector outside of these regions, email me at studio@susanbowenart.com and I'll be glad to arrange shipping personally.  Please know that international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties collected on delivery. 

Unframed prints ship free in North America (there is a flat rate of $50 for Europe and Australia). Larger prints are shipped rolled in archival tissue inside a heavy-duty tube; smaller and matted works ship flat, packed in rigid cardboard.

Framed and acrylic pieces are packed carefully for safe transit — oversized works are crated — and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total.  Framed and acrylic works ship within the USA only. International orders may contain unframed prints only.

Every piece is printed, finished, and packed to order. Most orders arrive within 14–21 business days; oversized framed and acrylic works may take 18–28 business days.
