A multi-exposure of downtown Indianapolis, merging freight trains, railway tracks, and a power plant into a gritty industrial landscape.

The subject matter here really fascinated me in that it existed right in downtown Indianapolis... a power plant and the trains that go into it. The image features freight train cars, rail tracks, and industrial buildings against a partly cloudy sky. The piece employs vibrant colors and a collage-like effect, creating a sense of movement and energy. The scene is infused with a combination of realism and artistic distortion, giving it a surreal quality. The use of light and shadow adds to the depth and atmosphere of the work.

This is an overlapping multiple exposure photograph shot on a single roll of film. The image is split into manageable sized panels each about 30" wide, face-mounted to acrylic. Overall image width can be estimated by multiplying the height by 7.
