Striped fabric sweeps in a blur across the upper half of the frame while a pair of wedge heels stands at the lower edge of the crosswalk, a yellow taxi streaking past behind them. The Amsterdam Avenue street sign is just legible in the background, anchoring the scene to a specific Upper West Side corner where fabric, light, and speed converge in a single long exposure.
