Collection: Holgaramas: Urban

A ‘Holgarama’ is an overlapping multiple exposure photograph made using a plastic film camera called the Holga. The panoramic-like images are done by only partially advancing the film between exposures; one image is typically a half of a roll of medium-format film. The film is scanned and worked in Photoshop, but the composition is mostly straight from the negative. They are printed on paper and sandwiched between dibond (an aluminum substrate) and acrylic.

This set of images are urban in nature, mostly from New York City where I live.  Aspect ratio is either 1:6 or 1:7.
